With fashion at the helm, Cannes literally brought blowout beauty with bombshell hair and starlet sparkling eyes. Throughout, classics such as ruby red lips and smokey eyes also reigned on the Riviera as the makeup artist’s choice for a beautifying look. And, Alexa Chung, Tina Kunakey, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley all donned the french-inspired rouge tint as the (pout) de resistance at this year’s festival.
